M&L for periodical repair, maintenance & overhauling of 11 KV HT VCB 630/800 Amp including opening, checking, cleaning with CTC, cleaning wiping of insulating component, incl primary & secondary current enjection test , Insulation resistance test Primary to secondary & Primary to earth and report to be submitted , cleaning of spouts, busbars, supports, CT, PT, cleaning contact tips, cover the expossed portion of busbar with HT tape & heat shrinkable sleeves, spout insulators for visible crack, tightness of fasterners holding moving contacts, check & correct the buffer gap adjustment & mechanism settings, meters. Testing and calibration of all relays fitted in control panels from authorized testing team of the OEM, such as earth fault relays, over current relays fitted in HT 11 KV panels for its corrections & setting with main control panel relays & MSEDCL so that individual VCB shall be tripped prior to main panel, contractor shall submit testing and calibration report showing all set parameters. Testing, cleaning & overhauling of complete operating mechanism for smooth functioning, checking of control panel wiring for operation & protection for tripping & closing & rectifying the defects all equipments including Deoxidizing of all electrical contacts replacement unserviceable wiring with ferrule & lugs, reassembling & testing of complete VCB all as directed specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Note:- i) Required spare parts for replacement will be measured and paid under relivant item as supply only. Item No-2 to 36 ii) Cost of Labour for replacement is demed to be included under this item. Iii) Repairs to be carried out by OEM Authorized agency only.

M&L for Onload filtration and dehydration of transformer oil by on load filtration plant machine to achive minimum 40 KV dielectric strength complete and submitted the testing repot of the dielectric strength and contents of acid before and after filtration at different locations of 11 KV / 440 V installations all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for Filling only new transformer oil for topping up or replacement of transformer oil in the OCB, Oil switch, transformers 11 KV / 440 V at different locations during the process of filtration, all as directed and specified.

Disconnected earthing strip from transformer body and neutral at site . Testing of earth resistance of each earthing of transformer (Neutral and Body earthing ) and report to be submitted at AGE E/M Office complete all as directed by Engr in Charge up to 1000 KVA transformer

S& F in reapairs Air Break switch, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism and locking arrangement worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps,11000 volts all including fix and moving contacts, post insulators, operating rod, handle etc complete with necessary connections/ jumpers with suitable ACSR conductor with heavy duty alkathine pipe all as specified by Engineer in charge Make:- jaipuria/Pactil.

S& F in reapairs DO Fuse 100 Amp 11 KV complete with necessary connections/ jumpers with suitable ACSR conductor all as specified by Engineer in charge Make:- jaipuria/Pactil.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 30 nos IR lamp (infra red heating lamp) 250 watt for Heat pillar, incandescent type BR125 shape hard glass with E 27 base product code BR125 IR 250 W-E27 230-250V CL ICT/10 threaded type Make-Phillips including 03 nos dimmer on each phase as required at site.

Supply & fix jointing and testing in replacement HT cable jointing kit for 11 KV(earthed) grade cable heat shrink for end termination out door type joint complete with jointing matrial and accessaries suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : The HT cable passing through dence farest JCB must be rquired for excavation of cable and surface cleaning for fault finding If fault not located by the contractor within specified time a recovery of an amount of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered per day.

Material and labour for Painting of transformer 11KV/433V Indoor/Outdoor type with two coat of synthetic enamel grey paint after cleaning and scraping of old paint, oil, rust etc complete including writing SM Nos with white synthetic enameled paint complete all as per specified as directed by Engineer - in - charge of the 500 KVA to 750 KVA Capacity.

Supply & laying in trenchs or passing through pipe, fixed to pole or as indicated at site, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor,11000 volts, grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking out U/S HT Cable

M&L for cleaning the cable duct at 11 KV sub stn by taking out old existing seviceable 11 KV HT cable 120/95 sqmm 3 core from cable duct by opening of cable duct cover removing the soil/ dust etc ,cleaning the duct /trench and keeping the duct cover on its original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches carefully for taking out or relaying existing/ new servicable HTUG cable not. exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for Outdoor Floor Mounted cubical Feeder Piller Box of size 60 mm X 95mm X 120 mm , self supported, front & rear openable, double door ,hinged type with locking arrangement & sloping top canopy ,suitable ventilation on both side, with wire mesh, IP52 protection with Dust & Vermin proof etc made of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated , mounted/fixed on MS Angle iron 40x40x5 mm thick duly painted with black enamel synthetic paint over coat of red oxide zink chrome primer, duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using foundation ,suitable size of MS Gland with gland plate, and aluminum lugs/ for all incoming and outgoing cables ,etc, complete all as directed.

M&L grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots , filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of serviceable /unserviceable materials to a distance n exc 50 m and clearing site complete all as directed.
