Construction of Degree Science Block (single storied with staircase head room) of Sri Bharatpati Mahavidyalaya at Samantiapalli in the district of Ganjam for the year 2024-25

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3M (10’-0”) height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead from the work site including cost of all labour with T & P,Cess required for the work as per direction of EIC.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil within initial lead of 50m and lift of 1.5m including dressing & leveling the bed & depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including Cess and cost of all labour T&P & dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Extra lift of 1.5m or part there of over the initial lift of 1.5m in all kinds of embankments and road works and ordinary earth work in general.1st Extra loft of 1.5m(up to 7.5m)

Providing & filling with excavated earth materials including watering ramming to proper density with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour T & P& Cess required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation with course sand well watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalityof all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40mm size clean hard black granite crusher broken metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all& royaltiesEMF & DMF Additional charges and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

RCC work of grade M-30 having a minimum compressive strength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary including cost, conveyance,and royalties of all materials and labour required for the worketc, complete with all T&P and CessEMF & DMF Additional chargesin all respect but execludingcost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
