Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying earth by deploying earth moving machinery and tippers for formation of bund with a lead 7 KMMR in layers of suitable thickness, depending upon type of compaction equipment, and not exceeding 23 cm thickness, benching of slopes prior to placement of earth fill, breaking clods, watering to OMC (Optimum moisture content) and compaction of each layer to 95% Proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 T power roller / vibratory power roller / short width (+/- 0.90n width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller / fuel-operated or electrically operated vibratory plate compactors, ensuring compaction of designed bund section and also ensuring compaction of earth fill as directed by the engineer in charge of works and as per technical specifications.

Earth work deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width of more than 10m and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavating and dopositting on bank with intial lead of 10 m & intial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton , hard red earth , shales, murram , gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete so as to attain the profile and strength as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications. Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M15 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications. Supplying and Erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for all R.C.C. works etc up to 3.29 m height with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre, including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia PVC pipe to a required length for protection wall Abutment & wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for fixing of 90cm spherical backfill arrangements with 10 to 80mm dia size broken granite stone etc,complete to drain the backfill (4kg/cm2 of working pressure)

Providing construction contraction and lift joins in masonry concrete including curring, jointing and placing mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 1.44 m2 mastic pad required for 1 RM) with mastic filling as specified in the drawings directed by the engineer complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Drilling holes in hard granite 50mm diameter etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications

Grouting the holes of 50mm dia with w/c ratio of 0.33 in the existing anicut body wall provided at a sapcing of 80 cm c/c in a staggered manner in the verticla surface for fixing anchor rod of 16 mm RTS of 1m length in a such position that 60 cm length embeded into the masonry wall at a downward inclinations of 5 degree to horizontal and 40 cm length projected and bend out side the wall including cleaning the drilled hole fixing the rod and other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.90 m x 1.80 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 4.50 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.90 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3.50 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set.
