Provision for Sweeping and Cleaning the Monuments on the basis of composite area wise measurement of premises to be cleaned and maintained of CPM (Structures, Surfaces, Pathways of different Stones etc. and other area of all structures inside the premises and its surrounding area including removal of dried leaves, dust, wrapper paper etc. and other debris) including removal of cleaning waste as per the direction of site-in-charge. Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e., lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide and fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge.
