Taking down old unserviceable point wiring, (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switch, ceiling rose, pendants, regulator, socket, etc., and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing including touch up of paint/white wash all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded drawn through existing PVC rigid conduit and its accessories of suitable size, heavy grade ISI marked concealed on walls /roof and MS pressed steel terminal boxes of 1.0 mm thick of suitable size duly painted with red oxide metal primer including fixing/grouting sunken and making the adjacent surfaces smooth through POP work & painting as per site requirement incl provision of modular cover plates for mounting the switches / sockets/ regulators etc including running up of 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly all as specified for : Make of Wires : Polycab / Havells / Finolex or equivalent. S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnitic locking system including refixing / fixing of incoming & outgoing MCBs and making smooth the wall surfaces complete all as specified. Taking out the existing any type fittings on ceilings and S & F 36 Watt LED Luminaire suitable for 600x600mm modular ceiling grid including frame of suitable size of above LED light with high efficiency PMMA diffuser gives soft glare free light with available lumen output from 3600 total lumen.The 36 W system shall be operating at 220-240v AC supply having internal driver .IP20,surge protection 2KV ,ambient temperature -20 to 45 degree C, frequency 50 to 60 Hz ,The system efficacy must be between80-100 lumen /watt ,with 70% lumen maintenance upto 50000 Br Hrs with uniform visually comfortable light output at 150 degree beam spread , CRI minimum 80.
