Petty repairs to plumbing/internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers stop cocks by tightening and providing spindle,washer repairs to float valves, low leveled cistern to the satisfaction of user as assigned by the Engineer In Charge.

Petty repairs to leaking water supply lines by refixing W/S or sanitary fixtures using threads/teflon taps etc as required at site to the satisfaction of user as assigned by the Engineer In Charge.

Taking down aluminum door shutter carefully and refixing the same in position replacing rubber bead, worn-out door closer mortice lock and replacing existing broken aluminium section / glass / wire cloth / Bakelite sheet, if any and making door shutter serviceable, for work complete all as specified and directed. Note - Aluminum Section / Glass / wire cloth / Bakelite sheet, shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Fixing element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

19mm thick block boards, grade - I quality, exterior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on both sides with external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick alround fixed with screws to timber frame work for cuboard self or shutters etc, complete all as specified and directed.

12mm veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin), pre-laminated one side with decorative veneer choice lamination and other side white lamination fixed with screw to timber frame as in cuboards&pelmet boxes including 6mm thick teak wood lipping,complete all as specified and directed.

Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including cleaning dusting of new or previously untreated wood/plywood base surfaces for wall, door, window, ventilator and ceiling, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, complete, all as specified and directed.

Special treatment for sunken portion of WCs / Bath & toilet executed in following stages :- Stage 1 :- Demolition of wc including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc Complete. Stage 2 :- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with intergral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion / quantity all as per Manufacture instructions. Stage 3 :- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4 :- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufactutrer's instructions. Stage 5 :- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6 :- All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7 :- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 20mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any. Stage 8 :- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

Cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete.complete all as specified and directed.

Stainles steel sink with drainage board , 1 mm thick sheet of steel grade AISI 304 for kitchen or laboratory, with plug, waste pipe, washers including CI cantilever bracket, connecting union etc., overall size 915 x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm including supply and fixing bib tap CP with long body screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nirali, Bule star ISI marked.

Sand filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 250x250x 22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in floors with grey cement and no pigment to match shed of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone or brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering(first coat) in CM 1:4 on external surface of wall mixed with water proofing compound and shall be scored to provide key for rough finishing coat. including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finishing even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in two coats (10+5) with both coat mixed with water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement incl. finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. including necessary scaffolding work etc (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, chajjas,filling of hair line cracks with white cement and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal weather resistant acrylic paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over one coat of alkali resistant primer including chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of PVC Water tank at any height ( on accessible/inaccessible on roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud ,any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance,algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank cleaning shall be done by draining / pumping out water/sludes from bottom removing edge and another growth from wall / floor / roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again claening the tank with fresh water .Disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical ( chloriten) After cleaning writing letter/ figures an black ground with white enamel paint of following capacity cleaning of PVC every six months:- (i) Date of cleaning. (ii) Next due date of cleaning. (iii) Remove of the existing lettering / figures completely. The process of claning for the following capacity of water tank:-

(a) Cleaning of PVC water tank capacity n exc 500 litres.

(b) Cleaning of PVC water tank capacity exc 501 ltrs but n exc 1000 litres.

(c) Cleaning of PVCwater tank capacity exc 1001 ltrs but n exc 2000 litres.
