Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with all lead and lift (by mechanical means) including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lead and lift. As per technical Specification Clause 302 (iii) and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Construction of gravel/soil-aggregate base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 402 and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density complete work.(WBM Grading-2) as per Technical Specifications Clause 405 and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405 and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix Surfacing by HMP of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonnes/ hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510 and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat by HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.75 mm size and penetration bitumen suitable grade as per Technical Specification Clause 511 and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic 2.5 mm thick reflectonsing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and from streaks and holes including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying C.C. 1:4:8 in foundation and floor base with cement, coarse sand, stone ballast size 20-40 mm including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying C.C work M-20 (1:1.5:3) in Road with cement, coarse sand, stone ballast size 20-40 mm including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of M-150 bricks including labour and supply of. Bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as direction Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick soling with brick laid on edge straight over burnt dry bricks including preparation of sub-grade and filling joints with local Sand, including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of the work as per direction Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick interlocking cement concrete tiles (30 mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding /laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of typical Irrigation canal informatory sign board size (0.60x0.90) on MS plate of 1.60 mm thickness duly welded with MS flat iron 35mmX 5mm size on bock on edges. With MS angle iron frame of 35X35X5 mm embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade block of 300X300X600 mm below ground level. lettering and printing logo etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved quality in required shade and colour all skeletons of framed post and plate will be painted with primer and two coats epoxy paint including supply of material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
