Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetres) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetres ) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming ,consolidating and dressing complete in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand : eight graded stone aggregate forty milimetre nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and asper the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Foundation and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one and half sand :three graded stone aggregate twenty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with vibrator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and theirs supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressurmers and cantilevers in all levels.

Providing and laying upto floor two level cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete including form work etc,.(a) String courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks plain window sills and the like including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including cutting /bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire up to floor all level including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly to required level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Brick bats on slabe including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (A.R.)

Brick Work:-Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level up to floor all level using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four sand) including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S Channel door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from M.S.Channel section of125x65 mm ISLC with M.S. Flat 40x12 mm in combination welded together to make one frame including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock observer as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as directed by Engineerin-in-Charge. 15mm fifteen millimetre cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/ stone/ concrete walls for interior / interior plastering in all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Cement mortar 1:6(one cement :six sand).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. other foreign matter enamel paint other than white .

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and all incidental charges and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink :-

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces,with readymixed paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping:- with enamal paint other than white including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new concrete masonry/plastered surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters and sand papering as required including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla White wall care putty two or more coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust ,loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drooping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts .and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with APEX weather proof paints of ASIAN paints/ NEROLAC of approved shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials inculding all lead & lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (A.R.)
