Replacing of approach light pole for maintaining Approach Light plane at Imphal Airport

SUB HEAD: I

Item No. 1: Supply of 50 mm dia yellow Aluminium Pipe enamel coated of the following length suitable for mounting CAT-I Elevated light fitting, as required.

Item No. 2: Supply of 6 Sq.mm, 5kV grade stranded annealed plane copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed unamoured underground anti rodent anti termite treated Airfield Lighting Cable conforming to IS 1554 Part II with up-to-date amendments as required.

Item No. 3: Supply of HDPE PE-80 GRADE PIPE conforming to IS: 4984 SPECIFICATION, PN6 of the follwing size as reqd.

a) 50 mm dia.

Item No. 4: Supply of 5 KV grade Plug and Receptacle of type I class "B" connector suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade of PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required.

a) 6 sq.mm.

Item No. 5: Carrying out a survey of the CAT-I approach light fittings using a calibrated DGPS by a certified surveyor to ascertain and record the existing coordinates and elevations in WGS84 format, and providing a duly certified report of the survey. The DGPS survey shall be mandatorily calibrated and certified by a competent authority to ensure accuracy and compliance with the required aviation standards.The pre-installation survey is intended to establish baseline data by recording the existing coordinates and elevation of each point in WGS84 format and verifying site conditions. The post-installation survey will confirm the correctness of alignment, elevation, and positioning of the installed system with respect to the baseline data. All survey activities shall be documented in detail and submitted for verification and approval by the concerned authority to maintain operational safety and adherence to regulatory requirements. (1 job = Minimum 120 locations or points).

SUB HEAD: II

Item No. 6: Installation, testing & commissioning of 50 mm dia aluminium pipe of the following length suitable for mounting CAT-I light fitting dismantling & re-installation of existing approach light fittings re-setting of angle and as per terms & conditions etc., as required. 1 mtr.

Item No. 7: Making field connections by crimping 6 Sq.mm plug and receptable with the exisitng 6 Sq.mm single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material, applying PVC insulation tape of Bell/Permacel etc complete as required.

Item No. 8: Laying and fixing following 50mm dia HDPE/DWC pipe in ground complete with. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling connecting boths /one end to existing transformer housing box i/c refilling and making good the damages etc. as required.

Item No. 9: Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 5kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/DWC/HDPE METAL pipe as required.

Item No. 10: Correction of the X, Y and Z axis level of the existing of Transformer Housing Boxes of CAT-I fitting by way of necessary excavation of earth around the C.I box i/c removal of loose soil and foreign material, filling with required 1:2:4 c/c in layers.Compacted to achieve proper stability after verifying and restoring the original top elevation and ensuring correct X,Y & Z axis level of the transformer housing box with base plate.The work shall also include leveling and dressing of the surface smooth finising of the top portion with neat cement, curing as required,and restoring the surrounding area to its original condition, complete in all respect as per standard specification.

Item No. 11: Dismantling of existing elevated type, CAT-I Fittings along with the base plate, aluminium support pipe and accessories. Disconnection of Bi-Pin lead, etc complete as required.

Item No. 12: Dismantling of existing transformer housing boxes along with cement concrete from the ground (Earth) through manual execavation i/c interconnection pipe (cables entry/exit), aluminium support pipe and accessories, wire etc., as required.
