Repair of wall plaster with cement plaster of boundary walls ( avrage thickness upto 50 mm or above) , including cleaning , finishing of old walls completed as per direction of college authority. Cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 Coarse sand) (Including all types tools, machine,and lifting and shifting work and Scaffolding for Height up to 4.00 Meter in whole work)

Repair of wall plaster with cement plaster of boundary walls ( avrage thickness upto 25 mm) , including cleaning , finishing of old walls completed as per direction of college authority. Cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 Coarse sand) (Including all types tools, machine,and lifting and shifting work and Scaffolding for Height up to 4.00 Meter in whole work)

Providing and laying neat cement punning with neat cement slury in the new plaster work of wall surfce of the boundary wall ( avrage thickness upto 3 mm) with including smoothing cleaning , finishing of wall completed as per direction of college authority. (Including all types tools, machine,and lifting and shifting work and Scaffolding for Height up to 4.00 Meter in whole work)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class - Ist in some areas of college walls of gardan and building as per requirement. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing, Mixing, laying and placing Cement concrete in gardans pathways, walls or other area which required the as per site.All work complete as per direction of college 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) authority. 15-25 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and applying/laying, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :-For old M.S./Iron Grills and wooden Grils,doors windows etc. with minimum one or more coats (if required) on the all surface,.The color of enamal paint will be decided by college authority. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the new plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completed as per direction of college authority. [Rates inclusive of all type scaffolding and stairs and other equipments who required for work up to any height]. Make used for work -Birla white putty, J.K. wall putty, asian wall putty

Providing and applying Distempering work with oil bound washable distemper of approved make and brand and manufacture to give an even shade with including proper cleaning ,scraping,finishing of surface by sand paper and repaire of patches by putty and POP before starting coat of work etc. all is complete as per direction of college authority. For New and Old Works with minimum two coats on the all surface.The color of white wash work will be decided by college authority.
