Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone/ RCC walls, ceilings, etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

M& L for Preparing the taken down plastered surface of wall neatly by wire brushing and washing down with water to remove complete foregein matters and providing and applying waterproof coating Brush bond of Fosroc Chemicals or approved equivalent at 1mm thick in 2 coats ( coverage rate of 16 - 18 sqm per 27.28kg bag) with interval period of 6 hours over a substrate with Saturated surface dry condition. Termination to be done to the floor and wall surfaces as per manufacturer recommendation. The applied material of Brush bond should have adhesion to concrete greater than 1N/Sqmm and static crack accommodation of 1mm according to ASTM-C836.Fine sand shall be sprinkled while the coating is in tacky condition and finally providing and laying plastering of 15mm thickness in two layers in CM 1:4 mixed with integral waterproofing compound Conplast WL of Fosroc chemicals or approved equivalent @ 150ml per bag of cement including curing with water, tools and plants chemicals etc (all rates are included )complete all as per manufacturer instruction and all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering with liquid water proofing compound @ 150ml per bag of cement as per manufactures instruction with cement mortar 1:4 brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound for this item shall be measured and paid under Item No 04 separately

Supply only Water proofing compound Conplast WL of Fosroc chemicals or approved equivalent all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat primer all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC chowkhats or frames (with out taking off the shutters from the frames) size not exc 1.50 sqm each and all as specified and directed.

Taking down Steel chowkhats or frames (with out taking off the shutters from the frames) size exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel plain black sheet as covering to door shutter , hearth water tank etc and fixed to steel members with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up mitered angle , stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone /boulder masonary,masonry walls built in cement mortar incl quoins and arches,piller,etc,but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

M&LBrick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cm 1:6 with old size bricks all as specified and directed.

15mm thick cement plastering with liquid water proofing compound @ 150ml per bag of cement as per manufacturing instruction with cement mortar 1:4 brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound for this item shall be measured and paid under Item No 04 separately

M & L for cement concrete as in surface channels and drains 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing ready made precast cement concrete slab type B1, 1:2 :4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes), drain set in cement mortar 1:6 as in cover slab etc all as specified and as directed.

S & F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooding ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete as in copings bands etc 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work and weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel in framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters walk ways railings and similar works confirming to Fe 290.Gde E-165.

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described etc all as specified.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required etc all as specified.

S & F Cast iron pipes of 1520mm dia with spigot and socket ends, bends etc vertically cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches or as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed. Make: ELECTRO STEEL/KEJRIWAL/NECO/TISCO/KESORAM

Taking down the deteriorated/unsv GI pipe line 80 mm dia from the UG sump all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the unsv foot valve 80 mm dia from the UG sump all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay 80 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixtures fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed. Make: TATA/ZENITH/JINDAL

Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, 80 mm (3”) dia all as specified and directed. valve all as specified and directed. Make: LEADER/KIRLOSKAR/UPADHYA/L&T/VENUS/IVI/KARTAR

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve of size 150 mm dia flanged of class PN 1.6 confirming to IS with rubber gasket joints bolts nuts etc. complete including taking down the old unsv sluice valve all as specified and directed. Make: LEADER/KIRLOSKAR/UPADHYA/L&T/VENUS

All as per item No 25 above but sluice valve of size 100 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80 mm dia bore cast iron non return sluice valve flanged type heavy duty conforming to IS with rubber gasket joints including bolts, nuts, etc complete including taking down the old unsv non return valve all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal gate valve heavy duly ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes 25 mm bore dia all as specified and directed. Make: LEADER/KIRLOSKAR/UPADHYA/L&T/VENUS/IVI

M&L for cutting CI Pipes 100 mm dia and reducing to required length for inserting of 100 MM dia HDPE including fixing of 100 mm dia HDPE with proper joint and clamps all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting GI Pipes 80 mm dia and reducing to required length for inserting of 80 MM dia HDPE including necessary fixing of HDPE and the foot valve with proper joint, clamps all as specified and as directed.
