| 1 | Providing of 3 Nos. Submersible pump sets :- The job involves providing of 3 Nos. submersible pump sets of specification 15000 GPH x 80 m head of reputed make (one No. Operational and two Nos. Standby) along with allied accessories to be installed in 10/12 inch dia. deep drilled New Tube well Peer Kho. The job includes fabrication, providing and fitting of 2 No. clamps of span as per the required length to be fabricated and fitted with submersible pump sets with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts (01 No. clamp to each pump set). The job also includes fabrication of 2 No. graded expander/ reducer for NRV of required size to be fabricated out of suitable thickness MS pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducers/ expanders with 125 mm dia. column pipes at one end with flanged joint and with the discharge outlet of the submersible pumps at the other end.
Column Pipes :- Fabrication and providing of 125 mm dia. ‘B’ class MS 20 Nos. column pipes flanged on both ends. The length of each pipe shall be 3 Mtrs. and shall be completely leak proof. The MS pipe shall be confirming to relevant ISI specifications. The heavy duty flanges shall be furnished properly. One end of the flange shall be faced in such a way that a leak proof joint is made by providing and fitting a rubber sheet in between the two flanges and tightening it with nuts and bolts. Each flange shall be provided with 6 No. equidistant holes of required dia. The job also includes welding of flat iron strips at each end for giving extra strength to the flanged joint and providing of 2 No. grooves on each flange on opposite sides for submersible cable to be accommodated though it. The welding of heavy duty flanges with the pipe should be carried out with superior quality pipe welding electrodes. Then Painting all the pipes with a coat of anti corrosive paint and two coats of super enamel paint.
MS Well cap, washout and riser pipe :- Fabrication and fitting of MS well cap as per casing dia. of 8 mm thickness with one hole of approx 125 mm dia. in the centre and with holes/ cuts at an appropriate distance for passing submersible cable. Providing and fitting of an arrangement for GI fitting near the discharge head outlet to provide water feeding to the gravel around the Tube well casing. Laying of delivery line for making of inter connections of top column pipe of new Tube well by way of fabricating 900 MS bend out of 125 mm dia. MS pipe, welding of 2 No flanges one at each end. Fabrication and fitting of 125 mm dia. MS pipe connection piece long as per site requirement with 90 degree bend with the help of nuts, bolts, washers, rubber sheet in between for leak proof joint. Fitting of 1 No. 125 mm dia. heavy duty C.S. sluice valve through a connection piece as per site condition. Fabrication, providing and fitting of 1 mm dia. heavy duty cast steel reflux valve. The sluice and reflux valve shall be confirming the ISI standards and shall be of reputed make. Fabrication and fitting of another 125 mm dia. connection piece flanged at both ends for working of washout by way of interconnecting delivery pipe through Tee joint with the washout pipe.. Fabrication and fitting of 1 No. blind flange at the end of washout. Painting of exposed parts of the delivery line with two coats of anti rust primer and one coat of super enamel paint. The job also involves fabrication and fitting of one set of U-shaped clamps (for holding 125 mm dia. pipe) on the top column pipe for holding of column assembly on the casing and fabrication of 1 set of U- clamps to be used for extraction/ lowering of pump set along with column assembly. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and carriage etc. and also making provision for wash out by Providing and Fitting of Sluice Valve of C.S of required capacity as per site conditions.
Lowering of Submersible pump set with Providing/ laying of submersible cable :- Lowering of submersible pump set by way of hoisting of 5 ton capacity chain pulley block. Lowering of the pump set through MS Column pipes of 125 mm dia. flanged pipes as per the site requirements along with providing/ fitting and laying of 25 Sq. mm submersible cable, ISI marked, 120 mtr. DMT ( 60 Mtr. DMT for operational and 60 Mtr DMT for stand by ), the cable is to be fitted in two equal lengths from outgoing terminals of LT Control Panel to the submersible motor. The job includes providing and fitting of proper sized thimbles and making of leak proof connections on motor side using patch roll and rubber tapes. The job includes cost of material and labour charges. The job includes tightening of each nut and bolt of the flanged joints to ensure leak proof connections. Finally, after lowering of column assembly, closing the well with the well cap after accommodating the submersible cable through the slots of the well cap. The job involves testing and commissioning of both the submersible pump sets one by one on full load. The job includes cost of submersible pump sets, cost of submersible cable, other material cost such as MS Pipe, flanges, rubber sheets, nuts, washers, bolts, transportation/ carriage charges, hire charges of tools/ tackles, skilled/ semi skilled labour charges, taxes and levies etc.
250 kVA manual voltage stabilizer :- Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 250 kVA, 3 phase, copper wound, oil cooled manual voltage stabilizer, with operating voltage of 230 - 480 Volts and operating frequency of 47-53 Hz at newly drilled Tube well Peer Kho. The stabilizer should be provided with voltage and current display for independent phases with selector switches along with RYB phase indicators. The stabilizer shall be incorporated with 400 Amp. MCCB of suitable current carrying capacity to disconnect outgoing power supply from voltage stabilizer when requires. The stabilizer shall also be incorporated with change over switch capable of running in three modes viz. bye-pass power supply, power supply through voltage stabilizer and cut off mode. The stabilizer should be mounted on unidirectional wheels. Shifting of stabilizer to site of installation by means of mechanical transport, skilled labour and crane. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, carriage charges, hire charges of mechanical transport, crane etc. The job also involves providing and filling of T-oil in voltage stabilizer. The machinery shall be accompanied with the performance test certificate of the equipment.
Installation of stabilizer : - The job involves providing and fitting of 630 Amp. switch. disconector of reputed make between main power supply and voltage stabilizer for controlling and protection of complete system. The job also involves providing/laying/ fitting of 3.5 cores, 240 Sq.mm armoured LT Aluminium cable from 250 kVA Electric substations to 630 switch disconnector in trenches wherever required as per the site condition. So as to protect the cable from damage and then from MCCB to 250 kVA voltage stabilizer – 35 Mtrs. Also 50 Sq mm , Single core copper cable 36 Mtrs. to be cut into four equal pieces to be fitted from output of voltage stabilizer to LT control panel after properly thimbling and crimping. The job involves providing and fitting of Aluminium / Copper thimbles of adequate current carrying capacity on the cables’ ends after proper dressing of cables’ ends on the MCCB of LT control panel, input/ output side of 630A MCCB, input side of 250 KVA voltage stabilizers, output side of voltage stabilizer etc. Complete job involves cost of material and skilled labour charges, taxes, insurance of workers etc.
Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel cum star delta starter 415 volts, AC- Phase 50 Hz (2 No,s) for operation of Submersible motor :- Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 250 Amp. LT control panel cum star delta starter 415 volts, AC- Phase 50 Hz for operation of Submersible motor .( 2No.) .The panels shall be steel sheet enclosed dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG pressed and shaped CRCA sheet steel supported on MS angle of suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. Panel edges and door edges shall be reinforced against distortion. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking / sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of powdered coated paint. The panel should be of reputed make and shall be equipped with following components.
1. Incoming Panel box: - The incoming panel box should be fitted with an MCCB of 250 Ampere capacity for OL, SC and EF protections having display with ON / OFF, trip indicating light, digital Multi function meter with communication port, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, control fuse etc.
2. Star Delta starter: - The panel should be fitted with a fully automatic star delta starter comprising of 02 Nos. air break contactors of 225 Amp. and 1 No. air break contractor 185 Amp. of reputed make,1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 3 Nos. indicators for status of starter i.e. running, tripped, by passed / in line of protection system. 1 No. MCB 2 Amps. for the protection of internal control wiring. Complete accessories of reputed make. Neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply.
3. Protection device :- The panel should be fitted with protections devices like relay, CT/PT, timer, ROM of suitable rating having inbuilt display ON/OFF, control fuse, fault analyzer with capacity to protect motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter / panel from following electromechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings:-
a. Voltage related fault:- Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage / reverse phasing.
b. Current related fault:- Over current / load, dry running, unbalance current / load, earth leakage, short circuiting.
c. Mechanical fault:- Locked rotor, broken shaft.
d. Displays: - the panel should provision for display line current of RYB phase and also line voltage of RY and YP phase.
e. Display and record trip counts and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage / reverse phasing receptively.
f. Analyze, display and records No. of operation and `duration of motor running.

4. Bus Bar: - The bus bar shall be hard drawn high conducive tinned copper of uniform cross section. All bolted electrical joints shall be secured by corrosion proof steel fasteners. All bolts, nuts, washers and studs shall be galvanized. Bus bar shall be sequence marked in colour from front and back in Red, Yellow and Blue. Neutral bus bar shall be marked black. The bus bar shall be spaced and staggered in such a way that installation of MCCB and associated cables can be achieved without any difficulty using common tool.
5. Auto operation system:- The panel should be fitted with an auto operation system comprises of 1 No. delay timer and 1 No. time switch to set the time of motor running (in auto mode only). The panel shall also has provision to operate in manual mode if need arises.
6. Automation:- The panel should fitted with an automation system in which the motor tripped due to power failure or by the protection device, should restart automatically after the resumption of power or rectification of voltage related faults. But in case of current and mechanical faults the motor should restart only after pressing the manual reset button thus providing complete protection as well as complete automation simultaneously.
7. Bi metal overload relay: - A bimetal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation / bye pass switch to bye-pass the fault analyzer.
Installation / testing /Commissioning : - In addition to this the panel cum star delta starter should be properly installed at pumping station on floor as per site provision. The starter should be connected with main incomer MCCB with bus bar / copper flexible cable arrangement of adequate current carrying capacity. The bus bar / cable should be fitted with the help of insulators into the panel firmly to withstand any short circuit stresses. All other components i.e. meters, indicators, push buttons, protection relays, operation coils of contactors etc. should be connected with flexible copper cable to complete the circuit for operating the motors. All the internal wiring should be neat and clean. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/ unskilled labour charges and transportation of panel from workshop to pumping station at site of work. The job also includes testing / setting of protection panel at different loads.
Earthing :- Complete earthing of tube well by way of excavation of earth, the size of pit shall be 4ft. x 4ft. x 9ft. deep. Providing/ placing copper plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm at bottom of the pit, then connecting the copper strip risers of size 25x3mm and bring it to ground level. The job includes placing of 40 mm dia. G.I pipe after drilling of hole on copper plate and bring it to 450 mm above the ground level. Filling the pit with alternate layers of charcoal and sodium chloride up to the height of 4 ft. from the bottom of pit and finally filling of this pit with excavated earth up to ground level. Laying of copper strip up to the pump room after earth/ floor excavation in trenches and embedding strip in trenches from pit to pump room with all cement concrete, curing work and finally connecting with earth point of voltage stabilizer, panel etc. Complete job includes cost of all types of material and skilled/ semi-skilled labour charges, taxes/ levies etc.
Electric Chain Pulley Block :- Design fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 Ton capacity electrical operated chain pulley of reputed make along with allied works at new drilled tubewell peer kho suitably designed for operation of extraction / lowering of submersible pumping unit along with column assembly of following specifications: -

CONSTRUCTION:-

TEST:
Each Hoist to be tested to 25% Overload. The job shall comprise of the following works: -
1. Fixing of suitable capacity winch machine capable of bearing the load of 5 ton along with
allied components on the MS girder. MS sheet canopy shall be fabricated and fitted over the
electric hoist to prevent damage to electric chain pulley from rains etc.
2. Carriage of material / equipments at the site of work
All the components shall be designed for strength and adequate for the entire safe operation of the hoist. Complete job in all respect including cost of material, handling charges, taxes etc. and testing of winch machine at site. The job also includes Providing/Fabrication of bench with sofa seat of size 5’ x 3’ x 3’, Steel Chairs – 02 No’s and Steel Stairs of height 10ft. Further, Providing of Tool Kit-01 No., P/F of hanging fans 02 Nos., and Electric Shock proof mat for flooring. The job also includes Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electro-magnetic flow meter of size as per the delivery side with digital display to be fitted on the wall.
