Material and labour for providing anti-termite treatment (Post Construction) along the external wall below concrete apron/ plinth protection using chemical emulsion (for using Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrates conforming to IS-8944 - 2005) @ 2.25 Litre per linear metre, the hole 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match with the existing floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : To dilute chemical of 20 percent concentration, 19 parts of water to one part of the chemical shall be added to achieve 1 (one) percent concentration.)

Material and labour for providing anti-termite treatment (Post Construction) under existing floors using chemical emulsion (for using Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrates conforming to IS-8944 - 2005) @1.00 Litre per hole. 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with CM (1:2) to match with the existing floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : To dilute chemical of 20 percent concentration, 19 parts of water to one part of the chemical shall be added to achieve 1 (one) percent concentration.)

Material and labour for providing anti-termite treatment (Post Construction) at point of contact of wood work with floor or wall, using chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution of Chlorpyriphos 1.0% by weight concentration shall be used for treatment of wood or wood based products) @ 0.50 Litre per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle angle of 45° at 150 centre to centre and sealing with CM (1:2) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : To dilute chemical of 20 percent concentration, 19 parts of oil or kerosene to one part of the chemical shall be added to achieve 1 (one) percent concentration.)

Material and labour for dampness rectification on affected wall area with following specification/ procedure complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Surface preparation : Removing existing putty/ plaster/ POP from the affected wall surface with wire brush/ grinder/ hammer etc up to brick level. (b) Surface coating: Applying two coats of anti-fungal, acrylic waterproofing coating of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k , Asiain , Berger or equivqalent in CICO/ STP over cleaned surface and allowing it to dry for 24 hours . (c) Finishing the surface: Applying plaster and putty over the treated surface mixed with waterproofing compound to provide proper finish after that painting can be done after proper curing.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thickl using cement CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM ( 1:3 ) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) on Ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting, white primer complete on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling over a coat priming paint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour for grouting in roof through PVC nipples at a spacing of 45 to 60cm C/C including drilling injection points to a depth of 75-100mm, providing 10mm dia PVC nipples and pressure grouting using with and including cement mixed with plasticizing admixture like FOSROC (model CEBEX100) or PIDILITE (model 207 PIDICRET 8AM) @ 225gms/50kg of cement to fill up all capillaries/ voids/ honeycombing areas inside concrete with pressure of 2 to 4 Kg/Sqcm and continued till refusal. After grouting, nozzles to be sealed with the sealing compound/mortar etc, all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note:- After ascertaining the location of leakage/ seepage/dampness under item No.2 here-in-before, this item shall be operated at the required location.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate RCC roof slabs to fill undulations to achieve uniform slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering over roof slab 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished surfaces fair and even all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor etc by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for roof coating with three coat of burger or Asian paint or equilent smart care damp proof ultra (first coat with 30% dilution , secound and thir d coat un diluted with 4 to 5 hrs gap in each coat over a coat of Asian paint smart care repair polymer( high performance SBR based binder ) mix with cement ratio of 1:4:7 (repair polymer : water : cement) including crack filling with suitable material ,applied paints authrised appicater complete all as specified and directed. The application is to be applied by a berger , Asian or equilient auth applicator complete all as specified and directed
