Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of Ms. AlstomTransportation India Ltd make IGBT based three Phase drivePropulsion equipment comprising of Traction Convertor, AuxiliaryConvertor and VCU fitted in 3Phase WAG/9 Locomotives of ELS/NKJfor a period of 3Years.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR OPEN TENDERSCOSTING ABOVE Rs.50 LAKHS:-As-per Clause-10, oflatest General conditions of contract. of April'2022& Rly.Board Letter o.2019/Elect(G)/165/1, dtd.22.4.2020. (A)For OEM's or RDSO Approved sourcesand exception shall be extended to PU's approvedsources for tendered work:- No specific minimumeligibility criteria is required. (B)For sources whichare not OEM's or sources approved by RDSO andPU's approved sources for tendered work:-Following minimum eligibility criteria will beapplied: - (b)Financial Eligibility Criteria:-Thetenderer must have minimum average contractualturn-over of V/N crores; where V = advertised valueof the tender in crores of Rupees N = Number ofyears prescribed for completion of work for whichbids have been invited. The average annualcontractual turnover shall be calculated as anaverage of "total contractual payments" in theprevious three financial years, as per the auditedbalance sheet. However, in case balance sheet ofthe previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited,the audited balance sheet of the fourth previousyear shall be considered for calculating averageannualcontractual turnover. The tenderers shallsubmit requisite information as per Annexure- VIB,along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets dulycertified by the CharteredAccountant/ Certificatefrom Chartered Accountant duly supported byAudited Balance Sheet. Note:- (1) The Eligibilitycriteria mentioned above (a) & (b) under (B)aredispensed with, in case of bidders who are eitherOEM's or sources approved by RDSO and PU'sapproved sources for tendered work.

This is single tender and is reserved for OEM orauthorised dealer of Ms ATIL.

(i)Three similar works eachcosting not less than the amount equal to 30% ofadvertised value of the tender, or (ii)Two similarworks each costing not less than the amount equalto 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii)Onesimilar works costing not less than the amountequal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

Tenderers are required to upload GSTregistration Number and Certificatealongwith their offer.

Tenderers are required to upload theirPermanent Account Number (PAN)along withtheir offer.

Sole Proprietorship Partnership Deeds Powerof Attorneys etc should beuploaded as perGCC April 2022 Part-I Clause 14.

I) Tenderers will examine the variousprovisions of the Central Goods and ServicesTax Act 2017 (CGST). Integrated Goods andService Tax Act 2017(UGST)/respectivestates Goods and Services Tax Act (SGST)also as notified by Central State Govt. & asamended from time to time and applicabletaxesbefore bidding. Tenderer will ensurethat full benefit of input tax credit (ITC) likelyto be availed by them is duly consideredwhile quoting rates. (ii) Thesuccessfultenderer who is liable to be registered underCGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST act shall submitGSTIN along with other details requiredunder GST/IGST/UTGST/SGST act to Railwayimmediately after the award of contractwithout which no payment shall be releasedto the contractor. The contractor shall beresponsible for deposition of applicable GSTto the concern authority. (iii) In case thesuccessful tenderer is not liable to registeredunder CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST act, theRailway shall deduct the applicable GST fromhis/her bills under reverse chargemechanism and deposit the same to theconcern authority,

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

GCC April 2022 with up to date correctionslip is applicable over for this tender.Itshould be the duty of the contractor to makehimself duly informed if anycorrection andamendment of the said GCC is made up todate. No objection shall be taken by thecontractor on the ground that he was notaware of suchamendments and correctionsof the said special conditions of the contractsor any of them.

For any calculation rounding off will be doneup to two digit after decimal as per provisionof IS-02. This will also applicable for the ratequoted by thetenderer.
