Dismantling and taking down the existing defective street light/flood light of any type and any capacity fixed at any height complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt,5700K,230 V, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing ,secondary lens delivering 11700 LM and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection with 50000 burning Hrs with inbuilt surge protection 4KV and external 10KV complete all as directed. Note:- Product authentication and warranty to be provided by the company representative of the concerned on OEM letter head pad.

Supply and fixing High performance LED flood light 120 watt,5700K, 230 V AC outdoor type with pressure die cast IP-66 housing, secondary lens with 14400 LM efficacy and superior aesthetic and equipped with IP66 protection with 50000 burning Hrs with inbuilt surge protection 4KV and external 10KV complete all as directed. Note:- Product authentication and warranty to be provided by the company representative of the concerned on OEM letter head pad.

Supply and fix in replacement of water proof electric distribution box( 3 Phase, 4 Wire), wheather proof IP-65 protection suitable for outdoor use, pole mounted, factory made of size 300mm x 250mm x 150mm comprising one No. MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 volts SPN bus bar not less than 25mm x 5mm aluminium strip and fixing clamps of size 25mm x 3mm two nos including necessary nuts, bolts and locking arrangement with lock, pressure type, four Nos connection holes in each bus bar with nuts, bolts and washers made of galvanized iron and connection thimble etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Junction box made out of thermo plastic material of size 240x130x110 mm with provision of single phase cable connector incomming and out going with MCB SP 6-32 amps for security light fitting/PTL IP 65 protection totally enclosed weather proof with cable entry along with GI clamps nut bolts & washer fixed on pole including dismantling/taking out old unserviceale one all as directed.

Supply and fixing Street light/Flood light fitting electronic constant current drivers/PCB/electronic gear suitable for 70 to 120 Watt LED flood light/street light fitting as required at site or as per sample incl taking out old unserviceable all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of security light fitting bracket made up of 25/32 mm dia medium grade pipe of length 0.9 mtr with bending in shape by hot or cold method with 2 nos 50x4 mm MS flate clamps with nut bolts and washer etc all as directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been errected and tested , all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

M & L for Brick protection for LT cable with sub class "B" bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm with width equal to length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying dry river sand to be laid in 8 cms before laying of cable and 15 cms above cable in trenche as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. Note: for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 63 mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia all as directed.

Taking out existing worn out/old PVC insulated cable in 4/2 core of 25 sqmm to 16 Sqmm size of 1100 Volt grade in pieces from trenches making loop for transportation and removal from site after taking proper shut down from MES compitent staff complete in all respect and as directed at site.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wal or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 25 Sqmm 4 core with required aluminium cable lugs all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Busbar chamber 200 Amps, TPN 8 way minimum length 460mm long enclosed in sheet metal enclosure with and including 04 No's of angle iron legs length 1.2 made out of 50mmx50mmx6 mm thick MS angle mounted on plateform suitable for operation on 3 phase,4 wire ,440volts, AC supply system including consisting of sufficient no's of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/Rubber bushes to prevent water/moisture inside the enclosure ,required no's of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with strandard copper conductor FRLS wires of adequate size,duly powder coated internally & externally of approved shade including all the fixing arrangements, making all incoming and out going connections through the lugs/thimbles all as specified and directed .Note: PCC item will be measured and paid separately.

S&F MCCB 125 Amps 4 Pole, 16 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz adjustable type and connecting up in the existing panel location including taking out existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing old paint from the LT panels/feeder box/Street light pole by paint removers, cleaning by scrapping and preparing the surface and applying two coats Painting complete to LT panels/feeder box with synthetic enameled paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer and writing work as written of existing ie feeder feeding location etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement cast iron LT cable route indicator of size 150mm dia round plate 2mm thick with stand of angle iron approx 75mm long duly marked with LT/MES embedd in concrete block in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meter long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws etc including making the holes on the pole (bottom and top) suitable size for drawing of wire 1.5 sqmm 3 core round flexible for connection of security light fitting from junction box to light fittings including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint all as specified and directed.

Supply , Installing ,testing and commissioning, weather,vermin proof LT Feeder pillar box of suitable size (Main Feeder Pillar) factory fabricated(Approved by CPRI) outdoor cubical/KIOSK type totally enclosed outer edge made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal and inner comparments of 2.00mm thick sheet metal enclosure with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys,with angle iron leg of size 50mmx50mmx 6 mm thick of MS angle mounted on plateform suitable for operation on 3 phase,4 wire ,440volts, AC supply system with hinged panel door(covers) on two sides with handle,bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient no's of circular cable entryholes at bottom only with suitable PVC/Rubber /wooden brushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc,inside the enclosure ,required no's of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with strandard copper conductor FRLS wires of adequate size,duly powder coated internally & externally of approved colour with PCC foundation mounted on epoxcy insulators with and including following accessories:

S & F in replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fitted on exisiting lightening conductor tube 40 mm on buildings with F clamps nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement earth test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phorphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 5 mm , drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw grouting on wall with PCC, nut bolts and washers, including making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm for extension of earth and connected to equipment or panel complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15 mm with saddle and fixing screws, gutties etc on wall and roof top conductors including grouting wooden gutties complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old hanging GI strip/Aluminium strip (damaged by Monkey ) from roof and wall complete excluding straightening the strip and refixing in the same position with saddle fixing screws gutties etc on wall and roof op conductors including grouting wooden gutties complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore fixing in bricks/stone wall with 2 Nos sopporting clamp made of flat iron of size 25 x 4 mm including nuts,bolts and grouting bolt complete all as specified and directed for fixing lightening arrester on roof top.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 40 mm bore fixing including grouting in PCC complete all as specified and directed for fixing lightening arrester on roof top.

M&L for constructing Earth pit of internal size not less than 300x300x150mm PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 chamber, RCC cover slab of 50 mm thick 1:2:4 with suitable handle.Dismantling old unsv one.

M&L for preparing scraping the old painted surfaces of GI Pipe light grade 40 mm fixed on wall/roof for lightening conductor and applying two coat of aluminium paint on GI Pipe Medium grade 40 mm approx 3 mtr long and bracket, clamp complete and all as specified and directed.
