Repairs to 63KVA HT/LT electric Substation by way of Disassembling the HT Transformer from main supply at sub-station, replacement of damaged copper bush rods along with bushes for all the three phases as per sample with proper connection tapings .The job includes replacement of all gaskets of HT Transformer for prevention of any leakages .The job further includes providing and filing of 20 litres T –oil, as topping to the H.T transformer. After conducting repairs the transformer is tested on full available load at site .

Repairs to 50 KVA Voltage Stabilizer by way disconnecting the voltage stabilizer from the main circuit and then retrieving the core of the stabilizer followed by dis-assembling of voltage regulator from the core. The job includes repairs to the copper contact points, complete repairs/rectification of rotor assembly. The job further includes topping up of (T.Oil= 20 Ltrs) upto the top mark. Connecting the voltage Stabilizer to the main circuit and testing of the same on load for satisfactory performance.

Repairs to the XLPE cable from HT Transformer up to the pump house by way of excavation of soil manually around the cable, laid in the earth 01 meter deep from HT Transformer to pump house approx.15 meters. The job further includes detecting of leakage spots in the cable and tapping the same with the HT Insulating tap. The job further includes Providing and fitting of HT Heat shrink sleeves for jointing at ruptured spots and suitable size of thimbles. The job incudes back filling of the soil over the cable.

Replacement of 11KV insulators at sub-station in the HT service line by new ones

Replacement of worn-out nuts/bolts gaskets as per size in rising main pipeline

Replacement of ruptured rubber gaskets fitted in the rising main .the job includes dismantling of pipes and refitting the same after replacing of the damaged gaskets with new gaskets.
