Modular 3-Seater Desk Cum seating system for Lecture Theatre: To provide platform-based design with user assisted closing seat & fixed desk system in a combination of individual Front Row Desk & Back Row Seat arrangement for lecture theatre hall of overall Size- 2048mmW x 890mmH x 726mm Desk Ht. x 457mm Seat Ht. to configure. The Under structure should be made with steel ERW tube section (IS:7138) of size 80x40x2.5mm thick which consists of two welded leg assemblies connected by means of welded seat side tube assembly, to provide Epoxy based powder coat finish with thickness of 50 microns (±10). Sturdy anchoring by anchor bolts on to base of 10mm thk plate for proper resting of structure. Plastic clad & shoe main clad made of glass filled 30% nylon-6 for covering anchor bolts. Side clad to be made of 36mm thk (18+18 OSR cold pressed board) with 2mm thk pvc lipping. Desk panel fixed type to be made up of 18mm thk PLT with 2 mm pvc lipping all over having depth of 415mm with provision of switch plate mounting. Shelf panel to be made up of 18mm thk PLT with 2 mm pvc lipping all over having depth of 240mm. Modesty panel to be made up of 18mm thk PLT with 2 mm pvc lipping all over having panel height of 438mm. Back panel to be made up of 18mm thk PLT with 2 mm pvc lipping all over and should be without cushion. Seat understructure to be a combination of welded fabricated structure made of Ø19X2mm thk ERW tube (is:7138) with epoxy-based powder coat finish which is covered by 0.8mm thk sheet metal cover and upholstered with moulded foam inside and leatherette cover. Seat can be folded up to free up space by the user i.e. seat need to be closed by user after use. Wire carrier to be made of 0.8mm thk sheet metal for holding wire passings. Wires should be routed through the specified individual modules but can not be passed through multiple modules and the wirings is to be terminated at individual module. Switch plate to be made of 2mm thk sheet metal for switch plate mounting suitable for anchor roma plates. The System to be grouted by using ICFS Chemical & Bolts of Size-M10 165mmL. The product should be complaint with GREENGUARD GOLD*UL & SCS INDOOR ADVANTAGE GOLD. Approved Make- Haworth, Knoll, Godrej & Herman Miller.
