Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving’s not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in floor, sub base etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in floor, sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) Light/ Dark Shed area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) Light/ Dark Shed area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in vertical surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 600 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) Double charged polished, size of each tiles 600 mm X 600 mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square or rectangular) light shed, polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) Double charged polished, size of each tiles 800 mm X 800 mm / 600 mm X 1200 mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for vetrified tiles 10mm thick (square or rectangular ) double charged, polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.46 sqm in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloloured cement to match including backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 to 20mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in Steps, floors, cooking platform, window/ door cill etc complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 to 20mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in Skirting / dado etc complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab on edge such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation in new or old granite stone slab / Kota stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15 mm thick cement screed 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Bees-wax polishing on kota stone/ granite or any other surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces as directed and specified by Engr-inicharge.
