Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls in CM (1:4) with mixing of WPC @3% of weight of cement or as per manufatucring Instruction and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame, type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1: 4 incl dismantling old unserviceable jalli complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4, in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham fers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 including raising height of man holes from ground level complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing of old painted surfaces of wall by scrapping, rubbing, cleaning etc. and applying one coat of cement Base Paint (Ist quality) in approved tint over external surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint (1st quality) in plain patterns of approved tint over and including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means on old plastered surfaces of walls, including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint (1st quality) of approved tint over and incl a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways;drainage crossings , railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately

M & L for form work for flat fair finish surface to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape requried, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (of approved colour) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over and incl a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
