M&L for MS work as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging, also fasterning and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No.32 & 33 :- (a) The cylinder will be provided by user. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for the provn of cylinder brackets and fixing chains which will be zinc plated for cylinder placing arrangement. (c) The manifold shall be tested (hydraulically) at 250 Kg / Sq cm and the rate inclusive for the same. Each header bar shall be with pigtail connections to suit cylinder valves as per IS : 3224. (d) The copper tail pipes are fitted to the individual non return valves of the cylinder oxygen manifold for easy removal of cylinders without disturbance to system operation and the rate inclusive for the same. (e) The sizes of copper pipe mentioned are of minium size and the quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of provn of higher sizes, if any, as per OEM requirement.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of 12 mm OD medical line valve or isolation valve as per CE certified / HTM-2022/02-01/DIN/ISO/BS EN 1057 as per BS1057, rated at 400 Psig as well as full vaccume (29.9" Hg) valves go from full ON to full OFF by turning the vinylgripped valve handle 90 degree locking type handles and copper tubing is factory installed to pravent valve seat damage during soldering and connection to copper pipe complete all as specified and directed.
