Provision of 125 KVA DG Set for CCE RnD West

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 415 volt, 3 Phase, 50Hz, 4 wire radiator cooled 125 KVA silent type D.G. Set coonfirming to CPCB norms - IV with acoustics enclosure outdoor type and control panel inside the enclosure, including AMF Panel. The Disel engine shall be complete with necessary control and safety devices as per latest IS/ BS specifications. The Engine shall be suitable for contineous operation of Generator ( Prime Genset), inclusive of flywheel, flexible coupling, air cleaner, corrosion resistor, radiator, fan with guard, fuel pump, fuel filter, electronic Governer,starting system with separate Battery charger with 2 No's 24V sealed low maintenance batteries, voltage regulator, Instrument panel with RPM Indicator, exhaust silencer, protections against low lub, oil pressure, high temprerature coolent and with standard capacity fuel tank inside the enclosure with all piping connections, disel feed pump, necessary fuel piping arrangement from external fuel tanks to DG set, battery stand, anti vibration pads and first filling of lubricating oil , coolent and fuel oil for Gen set including top up fuel tank. The Alternator shall be suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply operation and shall be able to deliver full load. Load testing at site and factory shall be carried out. After installation at site the DG set shall be tested on load of unity power factor for rated KW rating for a minimum period of 12 hours continuosly and 1 hour on 10% overload after continues run of 12 hours. The rate is included for carry out necessary factory inspection and commissioning at site in the presence of authorised representative of manufacturer including earthing of DG set ( 2 Neutral + 2 Body ) with 600mm x600mmx 3mm thik copper plate earthing with 25 x 3mm thick copper strip.Including undergroung LT cable of required size from DG to Change Over switch and necessary civil works connected with DG sets including foundation as required.
