Taking down ceiling fan carefully from any height of any size/ sweep, any make fixed/ hanged at different locations, dismantling the fan complete cleaning and re-assembling the same including replacing Anti suicide down rods, split pins, replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts & bolts with washers, providing flexible copper cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm twin core, 70 cm long and refixing in the same location/ position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Anti suicide fan down rod will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and cost of other minor items as mentioned above if any required at site will be replaced by the contractor at his own cost and quoted rate deemed to be inclusive this provision. Taking down old unserviceable roof earth continuity conductor/ static discharge strips of any type and description/ size from wall/roof/floor and refixing the same with insulator epoxy coated at 0.5 metre span including brass nut, bolts, washers etc. and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - Insulators shall be measured and paid separately. (150 )

Dismantling stay assembly complete including necessary demolition of concrete, etc., and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation work will be measured separately. (8)

M&L in replacement for "Test Point Terminal Block" made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of having size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed by providing 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw and connected to Copper/ Aluminium / GI strips complete housed in a PVC junction box after taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The test points will be properly fixed on epoxy insulators. (ii) Epoxy insulators & PVC junction box will be paid and measured separately under relevant items. (60)

Supply and installation of Automatic fire damper of size 51.18 inch x 23.63 inch x 5.51 inch, at least 90 minutes fire rating as per specification and approved shop drawing complete with the fusible link with spring return mechanism and limit switch to shut off AHU blowers when the temperature of fusible link reacts 74-degree celsius rated all as specified and directed.
