Servicing /Calliberation to HT panel of Make : CG/schneider having vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity and current rating up to 630/800/400 Amp by replacing defective/wornout part, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended. (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limis, readjust as recommended (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking/ repair replacement of all electrical/ manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (g) Checking of all nuts/ bolts. springs, levers, latches, connectors etc. and adjustments as required and recommended. (h) Recording IR values of CTs and PTs (j) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (k) Cleaning of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. Note: (i) Service will be carried out through Service Engineer of Manufacturer only. The service engineer so hired should be the manufacturer employee only. No employee of authorized dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. (ii) The cost of minor spare parts i.e nut and bolts, springs, grommets, dust cover, ring of isolator contacts, clips, pin for release prop. "Y" Phase shround, over ride stop pin etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall deemed to be included in the unit rate by contractor. (iiI) Rates are deemed to include the cost of material and labour required to make alternative arrangement to bypass the electric supply through the HT panel or other HT line to avoid long period of shut down of electric supply. (iv) Servicing of VCB will be carried out after every 3 Months in the entire period of contract.

M & L for complete servicing of RMU after three months Make : Scheinder installed at various 11 KV Sub Stations at Bhalra Mil Stn by using required T & P including taking down old unserviceale spare parts of any nature and replace with new and making functional upto the satisfaction, working with all functions like OC, UV, EF, instant tripping on fault including testing with required instruments complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The serviing covers the following :- (a) Through cleaning of breaker chamber (b) Checking of closing and tripping coil (c) Checking of Test/service Aux. switch operation (d) Checking of tripping mechanism operation. (e) Spring charging limit switches operation. (f) Checking healthiness of three poles. (g) Tightness, checking of power connection. (h) Checking of breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically. (j) Checking of closing timings. (k) Checking of tripping timings. (l) Functional checking of all electrical and mechanical operation of brekers. (m) Co-ordination of relay and their testing with required testing equipment according to source incomer VCB. Note: The breaker shall be repaired through authorised dealer or the representative of OEM (a) Spare parts required for repair of RMU shall be measured and paid under relevant items. (b) After completion of repair work, RMU shall be connected to full load and testing to be carried out infront of Engineer-in-charge showing all functional/operational system are working satisfactorily. (c) Servicing of RMU will be carried out after every 3 Months in the entire period of contract.

Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 upto 315 KVA transformer any make, installed on plinth/floor/pole mounted, indoor/outdoor type, step opening, removing the top cover of transformer, detecting the fault, rectfying the defect at site except major fault of burnt winding or other. The following tasks if required will be performed :- (a) Step opening of the transformer and removing the transformer top cover for checking/rectified the faults of the transformer. (b) Replacement of defective HT/LT bushes, spindles etc. (c) Refixing the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers. (d) Testing of transformer Complete. Note : (i) In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / tap changer etc, will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items (ii) Transformer oil (if required) for topping will measured and paid for separately under relevant item

Attending day to day complaints for attending complaint for area of east of mall road of LT electric distribution network UG /OH of all nature like No light, faulty insulator, broken conductor & cable fault , burnt MCCB`s, MCBs, isolators, switch fuses, service cables etc upto DB in buildings/OTM in east of mall of road area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of aluminium lugs saddle of any size for fixing of cables on walls, for finishing work and all fixing accessories required for rectifying the complaints items are includingluded in the rate quoted by contractor. Note ‘A’:- (i) Cost of materials for laying of cables strecthing of OH conductor, burnt out MCBs, MCCB`s will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (ii) All T&P required for electrification work shall be provided by contractor at own arrangements. Notes:- (i) The contractor may have to provide additional resources as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge for speedy disposal of complaints as and when required. Penal recovery at the rate of Rs 500/- per complaint per hour will be levied from the contractor in case of late attending of complaint after reasonable time or 2 hours whichever is more as decided by Engr-in-Chage/GE. (ii)Attendence register and status of complaints inclding pending complaints will be shown to Engr in Charge on daily basis. (iii) The scope of work covers all complaints received from concern complain cell will be lodged/docketed/attended/completed. The completion will be rendered on complaint register as well as on docket and same shall be produced at the time of payment. Nature of fault to be rectified are as under:- (a) O/H conductor broken. (b) Broken jumpers. (c) Tightening of stay. (d) Stretching of broken loose fault conductor and binding on insulators up to 3 span. (e) Contractor will provide all the tool such as HT/LT meggar, insulation Tester, Wrench, Rope, Bamboo ladder, search light and other tools and will maintain them in working condtion all the time. (f) Tightening of service connection as plreventive maintenance. (g) Proper uniform shall be provide by the contractor for person employed on duty with mark on BACK SIDE MES ELECTRICIAN as desired by Engineer-in-Charge. (j) Tracing fault manually in LT OH electric lines and underground cable network. (k) AC complaints like connection / disconnecting. (l) Fault LT switchgears. (m) Any other electric complaint which is considered essential by the department. (n) Confirmation on completion of any nature of major complaints will be intimated to JE concerned to the area or Engineer-in-Charge. (o) Contractor will prepare the summary of the complaints attended on monthly basis as per performa given by Engineer-in-Charge. The summary will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by JE and contractor at the end of the month.
(o) The contractor will observe all labour laws as prevalent during the currency of work enacted by Central/State Deptt as well as Labour Commissioner Act. He shall also ensure, payment of minimum wages to the persons employed as per labour laws in vogue. (p) Insurance, Education Qualification and experience cert for the personnel employed on duty shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge before take over the installation. (p) The contractor will provide the rain coats, gum boot and hand gloves in winter and summer season. (q) Contractor will have no rights to object the work carrying out by other contractor at substation or HT/LT distribution system of the power house area under comprehensive maintenance. However necessary handing taking over the assets will be carried out between the agencies. (r) Contractor will provdie phone for contact to deployed electrician and inform to deptt at the time of approval of documents for make necessary contact by complain cell and Contractor will provide vehicle, ladder,reqd FOL any other tools & plants required at site at his own costs nothing extra will be admissible on account of this. Note: 1. Penal recovery of Rs 5000/- per day will be made from due payment of contractor in case of non-complance of above.

Note: The work under subject (item No. 1.00 to 111 ) are meant for maint of External Electric Supply in Bhalra Mil Stn ( Including jai ghati, Chinta , Bhaderwah ). The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor responsibility is to liase with the department concerned for HT supply shut down required to carry out the work & also ensure the safety of labour employed by giving them safety equipments like helmet, gloves, safety belt , discharge rod etc and nothing extra shall be permisissible in this account.
