Providing and Fixing 12 MM thick toughened glass partition (SAINT GOBAIN/ MODIGUARD/ ASAHI) of required height and length with mirror polished edges ,fixed as per lay out approved by Engineer-in-charge with patch fittings fixed as and where required ,specially ordered Stainless steel patch fittings of make DORMA/OZONE/Geze/ Kaba (Switzerland) as legs, tees, junctions, angles, glass to glass connectors, wall to glass connectors ,L angle connectors ,2 way glass connectors with SS patti with double sided bolt including all Stainless steel bolts with nuts etc used as and where required as per approved layout plan by Engineer-in-charge glass to be of required length with proper support with all gaps filled with silicon sealent ,Glass to have holes/cut outs to accommodate patch fittings, all complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge (NET AREA OF GLASS TO BE MEASURED FOR PAYMENT PURPOSE). All the handling, transportation and insurance charges if required will be borne by the agency. Note: The toughened glass will be fitted over existing glass partition of height 2.05m to make it height of 2.65m (minimum) or as decided by EIC. It includes all necessary cost such as scaffolding, silicon sealent, necessary patch fittings, toughened glass etc. MS pipe for support will be paid saperately.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. a) Hot finished seamless type tubes

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing 3M TM Scotchal Electro Cut Dusted crystal (Acid etched look-7725SE-314) / Frosted crystal (Sand Blasted look-7725SE-324) Graphic Film over the designated locations with wet applications at all floors in any design and pattern complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. (No deductions shall be made for the blank areas in the pattern). (only film area will be measured).

Preparation of existing pole by cutting on top and removing the paint from welding portion to make it proper for welding the new pipe and coupling over existing pole. The existing pipe is fixed to back side of frameless glass. Item includes cutting of pole, removing the paint, precautionary arrangement for existing glass, labour etc and as per Direction and satifaction of EIC.
