IR for Providing,Laying/Pushing , joining of M.S. Metre casing pipe below railway track at required depth in formation by Trenchless method of 400 mm internal dia as per approved plan with protection against corrosion by providing polythene tape on outer suface of pipe and anticorrosive bituminous paint of 250 micron on inner surface of pipe as per RDSO specification as per approved plan. Rate includes all materials (except pipe), Labours , machinery, cutting plates/blades. wooden block, jacks, T&P, dewatering of water till completion of work, refilling earth properly, disposing off surplus earth as directed by site incharge, Loading, unloading, leading, lifting, handling, rehandling, all taxes. charges etc.The work will be done without the disruption of traffic incl. welding and testing of pipe string before laying position, lighting arragement during night hours, excavation, temp. arrangement i.e. pit, thurst bed & wall with his own material including cement & steel etc., as per specification on approved plan..Nothing shall be paid extra except the accepted rate whtasoever the case (Payment of this item will be made only after satisfactory Laying/Pushing of pipe in position and no advanced payment for supply of pipe at site shall be given.)"

IR for Providing and inserting MS carrier pipe of Metre 250 mm internal dia, as per approved plan by inserting into already laid 400mm dia pipe with contractor's own materials, Labours, machinery, T&P, dewatering of water till completion of work, refilling earth propery, disposing off surplus earth as directed by site incharge, Loading, unloading, leading, lifting, handing, rehandling, all taxes, charges etc.The work will done without the disruption of trafic incl. lighting arragement during night hours, making joints water tight as per approved method for CVDI pipes etc. and providing spacer of HDPE or as instructed as per approved plan etc, as per specification on approved plan. Item rate for prov. and fixing high density Each polythine specer at distence of 2.0 mtr apart to avoid contact of casing pipe and carrier pipe 250- 400 mm dia as per approved plan as per instruction of site incharge including all labour, T&P, materilas, all loading, leading, unloading, lowering, lifting, taxes, crossing of any nallah, track or any type of abstraction testing extra complete job. ( Nothing extra will be paid on this account whatsoever the case may be.)

Prov. and fixing pipe line indicator boards (retro Each reflactive type size 450X600 mm) including making foundation complete in all respect as directed by site engineer incharge. Nothing extra will be paid on this account what soever the case may be. Note :-Cement will be paid seperatly as per actual conscumption and as per standard specifications.

Complete item rate for preparing completion plan Metre of work done by the contractr, on latest version of AutoCAD software. Drawing shall be prepared to the scale as per approved plan or as specified in IRWW by showing all the details of work done by the contracter. Prints shall be submitted on tracing paper of Gateway or equivalent make, 90-100 micron thick along with Two sets of CD, containing the soft copy of all drawings prepared by contractor. Rate shall be inclusive of all labour, material, Taxes etc., So nothing extra will be paid except the accepted rate. Note:-1. Drawing shall be prepared in the size as per requirement of the site to suit the proper scale and payment shall be made in running mtr. With width varies from min. 297mm to max. 914mm. 2.
