Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay soil and hard gravel soil as per standard specification SS20 B for narrow foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:5 foundation and basement including simultaneously flush including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification

Plastering with cement 1:3-10mm thick including cost and conveyance of al materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard Specification

Distempering two coats using best freshly burnt shell lime in all the floors including cost of lime, Blue, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Exterior emulsion two coats using best freshly burnt shell lime in all the floors using best quality & approved variety of colouring pigments including cost of lime, colouring pigment, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete

Provision for Elastomeric paint over roof portion
