Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

M & L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass‘B’ bricks, straightor curved on plan to any radius in half brick thickwalls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F for Mild steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt weldedtubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 including cutting etc complete all as specified. including dismantling of existing truss.

M&L for steel gate Ornamental type/Grill work including hold fasts, pintels, stoppers running rails, bushes and all as CI decorative pieces, locking arrangement etc complete all as per design approved and as directed by Engr-in-charge work conforming to Fe-410-O etc complete.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Precast Prefabricated cemnt concrete column of requred size and shape suitable with proper size channel for fixing of Pre Fabricated RCC wall pannel of requred size as per site requirent including fixing of cloumns to a required depth as per manufacture's instruction incl demolition of existing RCC column/ copping complete all as specified and directed Note : The excavation of post holes, fixing with PCC Type B1- 1:2:4 and making good surface is included in Quoted rates.

S&F Precast Prefabricated RCC Wall pannel of 50 mm to 60 mm thick with suitable size fixed properly in prefaricated columns and sealed properly with filling materials as per manufacture's instructions incl demolition of existing RCC jallies ,complete all as specified and directed.
