Taking down/out defective/ unserviceable centrifugal multistage Pump set of capacity 75HP/50HP from base frame by unscrewing nuts and bolts from pipe and foundation, disconnecting all electric connections etc, shifting pump and motor carefully to Siliguri workshop for necessary repair/overhauling work and transporting back to pump house including reinstallation and testing after connecting all electrical and pipe lines, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of defective/ unserviceable 75HP/50HP pump set, segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning/washing of serviceable parts, checking functional accuracy, checking wear & tear and replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the pump set including painting of pump, motor and base frame with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Costing of necessary nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, lubricating materials and other consumable materials and minor spare/ work not listed but required for functional of pumpset are included in the quoted rate. (ii) Spare parts as required required to be replaced will be measured and paid under relevant item here-in-after.

Supply only Shaft for Kirloskar Pump for 75 HP/50HP centrifugal pump set, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gun Metal bush for impeller 75HP/50HP Centrifugal Pump Set, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply DE bearing suitable for 75HP/50HP, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only NDE bearing suitable for pump 75HP of Make Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Roller bearing DE bearing suitable for pump 75HP/50HP of Make Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stage casing bush suitable for pump 75HP/50HP of Make Kirloskar Pump, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only shaft sleeve suction side/delivery side suitable for pump 75HP/50HP of Make Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only oil seal (DE & NDE) suitable for pump 75HP /50HP of Make Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 'O' ring for shaft sleeve suitable for pump 75HP/50HP of Make Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tyre coupling assembling, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking aside the Pump set of 75HP capacity for replacement of existing base frame foundation and installed position by dismantling of existing PCC foundation and refixing the same motor by preparing PCC foundation reqiured for 75 HP pump set including connecting items like nuts, bolts etc as required and setting the alignemnt of motor and pump set testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note:The quoted rate will be inclusive of required replacement PCC / RCC for foundation and all allied accessories.

Servicing and maintaining pumping sets checking nut, bolts & making alignment of pump motor set by at Jalapahar Pump House & Aloobari Pump House of Capacity 75 HP/50 HP, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 75 HP Motor completely and rewinding of stator coil completely including new insulating material including replacement of worn out parts and heat varnishing motor winding etc incl all allied works and reassembling motor incl replacement of worn out nut bolts fan, end cover, connection terminal and cover etc if required including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 50 HP Motor completely and rewinding of stator coil completely including new insulating material including replacement of worn out parts and heat varnishing motor winding etc incl all allied works and reassembling motor incl replacement of worn out nut bolts fan, end cover, connection terminal and cover etc if required including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gland packing for pumps complete as and when required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F grease for pumps as and when required, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs pressure gauge 100 mm size jelly filled, with suitable cock and raiser pipe with fitted to delivery side of pump set, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Star Delta motor starter fully automatic in sheet metal enclosure 3 phase, 415V AC, 50Hz suitable for 75HP pump set, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of 75 HP/ 50 HP Motor completely and heat varnishing motor winding and reassembling motor complete including replacement of worn out parts etc including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement pump tube with bearing bracket & tolerance rings complete all as specified and as directed. make- Daclibac/ RMCO/ Milton Ray

M&L for earthing using GI earthing strip 32 x 6 mm complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level connection to and including GI strip of size 32x6mm to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts, Nuts etc. with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including water arrangement with GI Pipe 20 MM dia (medium Grade), earth lead protection pipe 40mm madium grade with bends, elbow etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earth work returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to distance not exc 50mtr, make good to match with existing surface making PCC pit (Earth chamber) having internal size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm and outer size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm with RCC reinforced cover 50mm thick and testing on completion including making test point on wall as per SSR specification, all as specified and directed.

S&F of ADS pro dosing system for dosing of chlorination chemical item no 250723 AP of Make Daclibac with 411 AE Refill of set of 25 pcs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair, including jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 80 mm bore, confirming to IS 5312, PN 1.6 flanged ends with nuts bolts, washers complete including taking out old unserviceable Cast ironI non return valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Fixing in repair, including jointing and testing of cast iron Sluice Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) of size 80 mm bore confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets, complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
