M&L for 40 mm thick (average thickness) plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate), as in roof ,padding to maintain the uniform slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm laid over and including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm by torch application including cleaning of surface complete all as per approved manufacturer's instructions. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by manufacturer or their auth applicators as per manufactures instruction and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed grouted and pointed in CM 1:3. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only water proofing compound.(ISI Marked.Sika or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
