Providing and placing in position of Reinfored cement concrete of grade M20 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of Coarse aggregate of 20 mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers / batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20 N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering the placement site, laying the concrete in layers and in bays, vibrating, compacting and finishing, adequate water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and asper the specification

Supplying, fabricating & placing in position of ribbed tor steel grills for Reinforcement of RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills complete complying with standard specification. (Steel and binding wire will be at the contractor's own cost) and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and warranty for 5 years etc., complete

Fixing of Top Beam made up of 300x140mm (ISMB 300) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.90m with necessary Fish plate made out of 20mm mild steel plate of size 0.23x 0.30m 2 Nos to place the beam in position including petty civil works and painting with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint with one coat Red Oxide primer etc., including warranty for 5 years etc.., complete.
