Comprehensive, Preventive and Break down Maintenance /AMC of Control Relay Panel (M/s Ashida Make) incorporated with numerical relays for 2x25 kV AC system at Karwandia TSS and Kudra SP . The contract shall be on comprehensive basis, inclusive of repair and replacement of the spare parts without any extra cost and expense to the DFCCIL.The contractor will carry out routine services, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for Control relay Panel covered under this AMC. The Scope of annual comprehensive maintenance service covers upkeep and smooth working of TSS/SP system within the section.

Cost of Condition based spares not covered above but needs during maintenance.Payments to be done only for items as per actual requirements. (Items mentioned under 3 this schedule will only be operated with the prior approval of GM/PM (Electrical) with personal remarks of concerned in-charge, if found suitable). Note;- Unit & quantity are only indicative & the payment shall be made as per actual quantity & rate as per actual expenditure certified by concern in-charge.
