Works Details
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 metre height above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete [NEW HSR 30.21]
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. [NEW HSR 11.60]
Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 1) One or more coats on old work [NEW HSR 30.27.1] (Asian paints premium)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: 1) One or more coats on old work [NEW HSR 30.28.1]
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.
12 mm cement plaster of mix : 4) 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: 1) Water thinnable cement primer [NEW HSR 11.67.1] (Asian paints)
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface [NEW HSR 30.37.1] (Asian paints)
