REPLACEMENT OF NON FLAME PROOF LAMPS WITH FLAME PROOF LIGHTINGS SYSTEM AT SQN AT AF STN GWALIOR

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminium point wiring of any description & in any height ( 4m to 16m ) position with and including existing conduit fixed on surface with and including existing junction boxes in between the point wiring complete, including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Old existing junction boxes obtained in serviceable condition from taking down of point wiring shall be re-used in the work. (ii) Taking down / replacement of existing fittings like switches/sockets / switch fuses / tube light fittings etc. if any, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring for one light point or one socket point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including stove enameled black, rigid steel conduits of size not less than 20 mm dia (Medium grade) fixed on surface of walls/ceilings any height ( 4m to 16m )as directed with all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core FRLSH, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly / fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Old junction boxes retrieved in serviceable conditions shall be re-used in the work. However, additional junction boxes, if any required, for making new point wiring other than the quantity of junction boxes retrieved from taking down of point wiring, shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘’supply only’’ under appropriate item of Schedule `A' but fixing element of any type of junction boxes new or old is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for the above item. (ii) Wiring shall be terminated and connected to the relevant switch / controlling switch gear and relevant fittings / sockets all as directed and controlling switch / fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.

All as per item No.02 here-in-before but point wiring with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable for 16 A Flame proof Switch and socket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for flame proof sub main wiring concealed using Four single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, stranded copper conductor cable any height ( 4m to 16m ) of size 2.5 Sqmm for sub main wiring, along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH, Stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor in steeel conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for flame proof sub main wiring concealed using Four single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, stranded copper conductor cable any height ( 4m to 16m ) of size 4 Sqmm for sub main wiring, along with one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH, Stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor in steeel conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flame proof push button 10 Amps in LM 6 metal enclosures, conforming to complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 2 pole + earth suitable for 250 volts supply and current rating of 16 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 2 pole + earth suitable for 250 volts supply and current rating of 25/32 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flame proof distribution board 10 way single pole & neutral in LM-6 metal enclosures with and including 01 No MCBs, 2P, 63 Amps - 01 No & 08 Nos MCB, 1P, 6 Amp `C’ series with complete internal bus bar & wiring up to terminal all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flameproof distribution board 12 way Triple pole & neutral in LM-6 metal enclosures with and including 01 No MCB, 2P, 63 Amps as Incoming & Out going MCB, SP, 6 Amps - 10 Nos with complete internal bus bar & wiring up to terminal all as specified and directed.
