Wall painting in Two Coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achive shade and colour. The scope of work also include thorough preparation of the old surface by sand papering, applying with approved make putty to fill the holes, crevices, mild depression, removal of spoils, disposing of debris, removal / rearranging the home furniture items, stores, cleaning the floor splashes, etc. all as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, tools, scaffolding to the required safety standard.

Painting on wooden / steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. The scope of work also include thorough preparation of the old surface by sand papering, applying with approved make putty to fill the holes, crevices, mild depression, removal of spoils, disposing of debris, removal / rearranging the home furniture items, stores, cleaning the floor splashes, etc. all as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, tools, scaffolding to the required safety standard

Filling up the internal cracks of more than 1mm width on internal walls / chajjas at all floors / heights and locations using acrylic crack filling compound / sealant manufactured by M/s Sikka, M/s Fosroc, M/s Pidilite, or approved equivalent product including making required V shaped grooves along the crack, preparing the surface, removing all dust and foreign particles, cleaning the surface with brush, sanding with emery paper, applying the sealant as per manufacturer’s specification together with cost of scaffolding, all materials, labour, tools, plants etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The interior portion of wall crack beyond 5mm deep inside the 115mm thick wall shall be properly filled up with white cement.

Painting on 25mm diameter pipe railing surfaces with Two Coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of ready mixed priming coat, both of approved quality.The scope of work also include thorough preparation of the old surface by sand papering, applying with approved make putty to fill the holes, crevices, mild depression, removal of spoils, disposing of debris, removal / rearranging the home furniture items, stores, cleaning the floor splashes, etc. all as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, tools, scaffolding to the required safety standard.

Painting on 32mm diameter pipe railing surfaces with Two Coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of ready mixed priming coat, both of approved quality.The scope of work also include thorough preparation of the old surface by sand papering, applying with approved make putty to fill the holes, crevices, mild depression, removal of spoils, disposing of debris, removal / rearranging the home furniture items, stores, cleaning the floor splashes, etc. all as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, tools, scaffolding to the required safety standard.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.m and under, includng cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping groun, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of avargae thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats on wall surface with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (VolatileOrganic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre.

Note-1: General Notes 1.For their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 2. All the dismantled /demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within 150mtr lead. 3. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 4. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 5. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
