Demolition of brick work/stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar incl all Quoins , archeas, pillars etc but exccluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.2 above but except blocks.

Removing mortar from and cleaning dressed stone work, stone slabs or tiles from paving and precast concrete blocks and articles built in cement or cement lime mortar, obtained from masonry of any description (ashlars facings and dressed stone work) and tone sets from pavings; stacking for measurements including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating with necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of New or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise describedand applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
