Techinical Specification Making Company - Window Tech Aluminum thickness - 02 mm Vinyl cover - 2 mm Wide -50 mm length 1000 mm Overall specification - The system fixed to brick wall at the corner from finished floor level. Adjustable end cap. High impact vinyl acrylic snap - on matt finished. "50 mm wide X 10 mm thickness x 1000 mm length". The corner guard must be 50 mm * 50mm/ 55mm* 75mm*/ 75mm* / 25mm* / 25mm*, as specified by the client in size with aluminum retainer and rigid vinyl, must have 2 mm thick aluminium retainer, must have 2mm thich scratch and stain resistant rigid vinyl cover, should be coated with antifiungal and antibacterial chemical. The system shall be disigned to withstand impact. Making it ideal for areas like high traffic corridors and corners. The vinyl cover should be fire retardent according ROHS compliances. The material should come with ROHS certification from govrt. approved lab. Texture to provide anti - slip surface, it should have adjustable end cap. Aluminum retainer should be in mill finish and fabricated from 6063 - T 5 alloy ( approved make Window Tech, RV Sales & Dheeraj craft)
