Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 400Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary supports and strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over I type M.S. Truss of size 25x25x3 mm space at about 90cm c/c and supported by 40 mm GI pipe (Medium) spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel rods for reinforcement including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges etc. complete for RCC works and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

160mm HDPE Pipes

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand ) complying with standard specification in layers of 15cm watered well rammed and consolidated after the pipes and specials are laid,joined and tested etc.and removing and depositing the surplus earth complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Disposal of surplus earth including loading and coveyance within a distance of 1 km ( basic cost of earth is zero) including loading charges and conveyance charges of 5 kms distance .

Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump , wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size withsewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction, Liquid passages shall be finished smoothand designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type , single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should beprovided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps should have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings lifeshall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets.
