Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (Zero point Seven - One point Zero Kilogram per squmater) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Five hundred Two) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) of M/S INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Ltd., and M/S TOTAL OIL INDIA Pvt.Ltd and M/S HINCOL using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero point two five to zero point three kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing, laying by Mechanical means and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (Twenty millimetre ) Compacted thickness composed of 13.20 to 5.60 (Thirteen Point two and five Point six) millimetre aggergates @ 0.27 CUM (Point two seven ) Kg per (10) ten Sqm of M/S INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Ltd., and M/S TOTAL OIL INDIA Pvt.Ltd and M/S HINCOL to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant i.e.HMP 30/40 (thirty by forty )tone per hour laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508.2 (five zero eight point two) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer -in-charges , including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying seal coat of type -C, by manual means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grades and cross fall using bitumen emulsion SS-2 @ 13 (thirteen) Kilogram me per 10 (ten) square metre of M/S INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Ltd., and M/S TOTAL OIL INDIA Pvt.Ltd and M/S HINCOL and crush stone chipping of 6.7 mm (six point seven millimetres )size @ 0.09 cum (point zero nine cubic metres ) per 10 sq.m(ten square metres) as per technical specification MORD clause C-510 (Clause- Five hundred Ten) ) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
