Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing bUt excluding the cost of centring and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages complete job

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. including cost and carriage of all material involved complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12mm Cement plaster of mix:13.1.1 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing of PVC panelling of approved pattern over and Including base of 12mm ply framework,incl.cornic with head less nalls and Corner beading and cost of fixtures and fittings complete job

P/F of 12 mm thick imported panelling including framework of 2.5"x2.5" frame,12mm ply including cornice, two or more coats of Touch wood complete, fixing with head less nails and inclusive all carriages, all taxes of aItied material involved complete.
