Complete removal of existing wate proofing treatment upto concrete surface including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 15 Km distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided , in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended wor etc all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster as per manufacturer's instructions, manufactured by the same agency of APP membrane. Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylene) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm as specified here-in-after. The APP membrane shall be laid using LPG torch-on-application with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slop towards rain water pipe outlet complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of primer for APP membrane and SBR latex complete.

M&l for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as speified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; (with grey cement & no pigments) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished including 15 mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 40mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, polymer,cement, Quartz sand) and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed.Make :- Dr.Fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosrok as aprooved. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately)

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel. Complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing additional main steel bar or stirrups of designed diameter in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling, bending and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc. Complete all as specified and directed. (Steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete)

M&L for drilling and fixing Rohibb teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia, 50 to 100mm deepholes. Works shall be carried out as under : - (i) Cleaning holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12 mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External and of nozzles to be manchine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min 12 hr. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case crack is wider 2mm upto 4 mm to 5 mm wide drill holes at the sides of crack in a staggered manner , at intervals of 6 inches and affix them epoxy as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty and including scaffolding upto any height.

M&L for injecting of site mixed cement slurrry grout, mixed in specifified proportion containining cement ,sand, water with addition of plasticizers 9approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitor, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0..5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy cconsistency, mixing shall be ddone by mixer continuouly stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating and including scaffolding upto any height complete filliing of grout in the holes drilled . Make/brand of epoxy grout- Dr Fixit Epoxy injection of Eppco KP-HP-250 of m/s Krishna conchem or shaligrout EIi of STP Ltd.

M&Lfor injecting Low visosity (3-5cps) high molicular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of material components (Part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weight batching. Grouting fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor ; maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3kg/Cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit grout the material throught prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles and including scaffolding upto any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, valley gutter, ridge and fixed with crumple joint etc fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed)

M & L for New treatment/Old of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint over one coat of primer on wall/roof including preparation of newly plastered surface and necessary scaffolding upto G+9 storey of bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Newly plastered surface of wall/ceiling preparation and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty (JK/Birla ) and primer incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, stone or concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water upto G+ 9 floor of bldg incl scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with two coats i.e. (15mm thick back coat in CM (1:6) and 5 mm thick finishing coat in cement mortar (1:4 ) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including all safety measure and scaffolding upto any height. All as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on brick or concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F in repirs 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, ceilings or in floor etc with and including fixing clips bends elbow, shoes bends etc (Note :- Measurement shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor including fixing clips, bends, elbows, shoes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 160mm bore complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F for rolled mild steel sctions of grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A as in stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc, including cleats, brackets etc. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour laid over and including 25 mm thick fine sand cushion to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints with rising surface vibrator etc complete all as specified .

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour laid over and including 25 mm thick fine sand cushion to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints with rising surface vibrator etc complete all as specified .

Disconnecting existing water tanks, any capacity of tank setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.
