C.C.(1:3:6) using 40 mm size and Downgraded crusher broken HG stone metal free from wathered surface of approved quality from approved Quarry in foundation and plinth including laying concrete in laers with de compaction, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials with all lead, lift and delifts, T&P etc required for comletion of the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Flyash Brick of size 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm having crushing strengt between 100kg/cm2 to 149 kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

SUB-STRUCTURE

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20 mm and downgrade black hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials with all leads, lift T&P etc. after the curing of RCC work for 28 days complete the items of work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing TOR Reinforcement Bar of approed making of RC work of required diameter & of approved quality including strengthening cutting, Bending, Binding, joining tying, the Grills hosting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design and drawing with provision for fan hooks where required including the cost, conveyance of reinforcement bars of tor steel and bending wires of 18 to 20 gause, cost of all labour, loading, unloading. labour cess T&P, etc required for the work complete for the work in all heights as per specification & excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick Masonry in cement mortar of mix (1:6) using Fly Ash bricks of size 25c.m x 11 c.m x 8 c.m in superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75 kg per square c.m. with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc. including cost, coveyance,stacking, loading, unloading, royalties , all taxes ,cost of all labour,Labour cess ,scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering Providing 12mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost,conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P,sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary)including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost,conveyance,loading, unloading,royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P,sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
