5.3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beamd, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size).

5.22.7 Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level – Thermo Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVVED MAKE) – Fe 415 or more.

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for – foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

5.9.2 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for – walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses plinth and string courses etc.

11.3.1 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing steps etc. complete – 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

13.16.1 6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 fine sand).

2.27A.1 Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc.in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete including all lead and lift.
