Demolition of cement concrete including floor tiles or stone in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified pavement outdoor tiles of 300mm X 300mm X 9-10 mm thick coloured for floor /pavement etc and jointed in solvent and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick M-35 grade factory made rubber moulded vibratory compacted cement concrete interlocking paver block in approved design and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved and laid over and including 25 mm thick stone cushion and joints filling with sand complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 7 but except interlocking paver block in approved design and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved and laid over and including 25 mm thick stone cushion and joints filling with sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old serviceable interlocking tile as obtained from dismantling shall be reused under this item.

S & F Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, dia of shank 5 to 10 mm and length exceeding 5 cm and not exc 10 cm long and the dia of neck not less than 10 mm to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut etc complete all as directed and specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing 100 mm x 100 mm, 4 mm dia including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only galvanised iron chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Each line wire to be measured separately

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or Iron of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC flooring type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with even and smooth surface by using extra cement and with glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glass dividing strip shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Supply only 38 x 3 mm size glass dividing strips fixed in floor complete all as specified.

M&L for 18 to 18 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and similar works in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in repairs complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection finished even and fair including necessary form work and cutting of joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed
