SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF HT UG CABLE FROM SUB STATION NO 01 TO SUB STATION NO 02 AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE DSSC WELINGTON

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Spreading clean dry riddled sand in trenches for cushioning for under ground cables protections (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, laid under road/ fixing on wall/crossing drain/nallah etc as in cable protection including all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting existing roads/ hard standing/ PCC/WBM etc for laying LT cables through pipes of any size n.exc 45cm depth and 25cm width and making good the damaged surfaces complete as per the existing specifications of roads/ hardstanding/ path etc to match with the existing surfaces or with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core including taking up or down existing unserviceable UG cable and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S & F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S & F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)
