Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm and nexc 2 sqm refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete Type B-1 , 1:2:4 ( 20mm Graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for non skid ceremic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thk area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to mortar.Laid over and including15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as Per Item no 04 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado laid over and incl. a backing coat of 10mm thk CM 1:4

M&L for vitrified tiles lightshade (square /rectangular) polished area of each tiles nexc 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm in floors laid over and incl. 20mm thk 1:6 screed bed jointed pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as Per Item no 06 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado laid over and incl. a backing coat of 10mm thk CM 1:4

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic Coloured Tile 300x450x7mm/300x600x7 mm thick in Skirting, Dados, etc., Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Colour Cement to match laid over a backing coat of 10mm thick CM 1:4 screed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and Ceiling Boards (Fibre ,Pulp,insulation ,etc)or insulation boards /slabs/blankets ,any thickness,including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gl frame work for snapgrid false ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with Main T- flange of 25 mm and web of 30 mm fixed to surrounding wall angle with flange and web 25 mm each , Cross T with flange 25 mm and web 25 mm fixed to main T, Main T is suspended from soffit @ 1200 mmm c/c using GI wire of 2mm thickness GI frame will be 60 x 60 cm to recieve E-board ceiling complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 4mm thick E Board 600x600 mm prepainted fibre boards ceiling designer/decorative type with different designs as approved by the Engr-in-charge fixed or laid in ceiling timber /GI/ aluminium frame work in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles dark 10mm thick Shade Paving tiles ( square / Rectangle) polished area of each tiles nexc 0.36 sqm in floors Laid over and incl 20 mm thick 1:6 screed bed jointed pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on old wall surfaces and applying two finishing coat of oil bound distempering over 1mm of wall care putty complete for matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to damaged roof after complete removal existing treatment including padding, cleaning. the surface using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated:- (i) Applying one coat of bituminious primer. (Note:- Bituminous primer shall be 'TANK MASTIC' manufactured by M/S STP Ltd or "EMUFALTE" Manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd) (ii) Supply and laying 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrance shall be taken to a height of 75mm (minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. Note:- Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufacturers instructions

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, sloping padding in roof slab or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC paid and measured seprateley.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (lowering if required) for repairs cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete exc 250 and n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying steel water tubing 20 mm dia (bore) galvanized, medium grade with all fittings fixed on walls ceiling or laid in floors any other situation complete as all specified and as directed.
