Surface excavation of any type of soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M & L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) WMM in two layers of 75 mm thick each layer Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

M&L for preparing to wet mix macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly priming / tack coat paving bitumen primer VG-10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam using Paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% binder content by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surface with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (only compacted thickness shall be measured and paid)

M & L for preparing bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly priming/tack coat paving bitumen primer at the rate of 5Kg per 10 Sqm of surface and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with (Bitumen VG-30) 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at alavel n exc 1.5m above the starting point. complete all specified and as directed
