Supply, Errection,testing & commissioning including loading, transportation, insurance, unloading, carriage and delivery at site of 8 Mtr long ST Poles SP-15 including excavation of pole pits, refilling the pit with soil, boulders.

Supply, Laying,testing, stringing, tensioning and binding of 50 mm² AB (HT) Cable (3x50 + 1x70 mm²) XLPE(11 kV, 3C + Earth)

Supply, Laying,testing,Heat Shrinkable Outdoor Cable Termination Kit.

Supply, Laying,testing,Suspension/Tension Clamp with eye hook.

Providing & fixing of Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip 25x3 mm.

Supply and painting of each Pole 1 coat red oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint (@ 1 ltr/pole red oxide paint and 1 ltr/pole aluminium paint) inscribed with permenent marking on each pole viz. name of scheme - 2022-23/xx - xxmeans pole numbers say 01,02....

Providing & and fixing of GI Channel/Angle/Flat of sizes including clamps for L.A set/G.O/DISTRIBUTION BOX/D.O Set including clamps and nuts and bolts. set/Horn Gap.

Providing & and fixing of GI Channe for Transformer Pad/G.I Channel Bedding(300Kg/450kg)

Providing, fixing of channel cross arms, V-Cross arms etc fabricated out of Mild Steel of different sizes (REC Standard) & to be fixed with GI Nuts & Bolts and washers without drilling/punching holes in the poles.

Providing & and fixing of 11 kV Pin Insulators (polymer) with Pins ( 5 KN)

Providing & fixing of 11 kV, G.O AB Switch , 3-phase, 200A (09 insulator post type) with arragement for pad locks & operating rod . The operating rod should be G.I Pipe (B-class) of 25 mm dia of requisite length.

Providing & fixing of 11 kV Horn, Gap Fuse 3-phase 100A

Providing & fixing of Gapless Surge Arrestor,9 kV ,10 kA ,LA with polymer housing, Stn. Type.

providing and fixing of LT Distribution Box for 400 kVA DTR with MCCB (700A ) for incomer & SFU's for Outgoing Circuits.

Providing and and fixing of Earthing of substation --Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000 mm, installation of Earthing pipe of 40 mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thickness & length 2.5 mtr long as Per IS 1239.GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 25 mm x 3 mm for connection of transformer body,G.O Set & lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts,refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth Chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover.

Providing and fixing of shackle insulators (polymer) ( 16 KN) with GI back clamps to be fixed without drilling/punching of poles on ST poles.
