Taking down old unserviceable point wiring, (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switch, ceiling rose, pendants, regulator, socket, etc., and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing including touch up of paint/white wash all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded drawn through and including rigid PVC caping and casing surface type and accessories of suitable size ISI marked and terminal boxes of 1.6 mm thick of suitable size including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement incl provision of cover plates for mounting the switches / sockets/ regulators etc including running up of 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly all as specified for : Make of Wires : Polycab / Havells / Finolex or equivalent Make of Casing Caping : Modi / Prince / Sudhakar / Prestoplast or equivalent (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps
