Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab , tiles, interlocking blocks of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors as in sand cushion for laying paver blocks including watering and consolidationcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed pre cast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size conforming to IS1 5658-2006 of 80mm thickness of grade M-40 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in all as specified

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of cement concrete1:3:6 type C-1 with 20mm graded crushed stone aggegate, exc.10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete (cast in situ) 1;2;4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings and similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for precast RCC slabs in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs to drains set in CM 1:6. (Reinforcement measured and paid seperately).

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete as specified.

S&F for framed work such as grill gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or reveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters walk waysrallings, frameowrk of watertanks and similar work

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes dia 300mm, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 600mm internal dia, class NP2, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 with collars all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe 600mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished building materials obtained from demolition and depositing outside MD land upto 5.00 km distance complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 50mm bore High density polyethylene pipe of pressure rating 6Kgf/Sqcm as in weep holes

Dismantling of wrought iron of mild steel work of any desription not otherwise specifically provided for.
