Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell socket or power), complete excluding fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. stacking at site for reuse of serviceable items and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts, FRLS grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC Casing and Caping with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3 mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for One light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of ceiling fan 1200 /1400 mm sweep, cleaning thoroughly bush & ball bearing by petrol, washing / cleaning fan blades with castic soda thoroughly, provision of fresh greasing, replacement of worn out / defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) reassembling the same and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of defective / unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately in respective items as supply only. 2. The cost of taking down unserviceable parts included in this item).
